ReplyDeleteWell city council seems assured the project will happen. I'm afraid it will be 10 years from now. It might be too late by that time. To quote an email response I received: "The streetcar will happen. The only sticking point at this time is how big a commitment to make to make sure the uptown circulator also happens.
